Don't Forget Your Furry Friends

by Carole Cares Team

This weekend the SPCA will be offering it's Rabies clinic in Smyrna at the American Legion Hall on Glenwood AVenue.  For $13.00 for a Rabies shot and all other shots are $10.00 each.  They are also collecting cans at the Camden site for recycle to defer costs.  So if can Help out with cans or any other donations drop by the SPCA or give me a call.  I also have a wish list and a schedule of where the clinics will be.  Stop by and say Hello!

Pop The Cork

by Carole Cares Team

Cork isn't just for wine bottles anymore.  This green material is, well, popping up all over the place, from wall coverings that are durable and soundproof to stylish flooring that's easy on your feet.  Plus, cork is naturally antimicrobial and insect-repellent, and it doesn't absorb dust.  Harvested from the bark of the cork oak, the material is eco-friendly and renewable.  So, save a tree and look to cork, the next time 're considering what to do with that outdated parquet kitchen floor.

by Carole Cares Team

The bill the President is signing tomorrow will change the credit for a

from $7,500.00 to $8,000.00 and doesn't have to paid back.  The definition of a first time

homebuyer is not owning a within the last 3 years.

There is a Policy Pubnite at the Lobby , (now know as Fraser's) with a loan officer,

attorney, housing counselor and another panel member.  Come out and ask questions.

Hope to see there.  Carole

Mortgage Programs

by Carole Cares Team

Wanting to keep up to date on the market I thought I should let know about some programs that are out there.  For the the USDA Rural Development program can get a loan starting at 2 percent if qualify.  With that loan can get some money for repairs and also the pays your closing costs.  That is just one there are so many out there.  If are thinking about buying, take the time to talk to a representative.  With stable income and good credit can get the of a lifetime.  Let's face it markets fluctuate.  They do this to correct themselves.  If are planning to and live in your new over the next few years will see that is a good investment.  Talk to ya soon, Carole

Low Interest Rates and Programs for Rehab.

by Carole Cares Team

With the lowest Interest Rates in 50 years, if You have been thinking about buying over the next couple of years now might be your time.  With programs out there for First Time Homebuyers through USDA and the 203 K program you can buy a Foreclosure and get the money you need for rehabilitating the Property to make it your dream Home.  I know alot of people are saying that "if You wait there might be a better rate."   If you are a gambler that is great but you never know what is going to happen.  Real Estate has always been a good investment.  Markets such as Real Estate and the Stock Market adjust periodically.  If You need any information on the programs I mentioned email or call and I can forward on the information.  Talk to you soon.

The Beginning

by Carole Cares Team

Here I go putting one foot in the water.  This is something I have never done so bear with me as we get started.  I am open to any pointers You might have (just be gentle).  Each entry I am going to post either Real Estate, Special Interest - KCSPCA, charities or local information.  Let me know what You want to talk about.  If I don't know I will find out for you.

Starting with a note about the KCSPCA , this is the time of year they need things on their wish list.  Toys, Food, Towels, Old Blankets, Kitty Litter, and they always accept donations.  If You are in need of a furry friend they have lots to choose from.

Until next time.  Carole Kisner
